Simply place your order on our website. After placing the order, send your photos or customization details to our WhatsApp number mentioned on the website, along with your order ID.

Where should I send my photos after ordering?

After completing your order, send your photos on WhatsApp. This is mandatory for personalized products so we can start production without delay.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, Cash on Delivery is not available. Since all our products are customized and made specifically for you, we accept only prepaid orders.

Is there any shipping charge?

Yes, a flat ₹50 shipping fee is applied to all orders, regardless of the product size or quantity.

Can I return or replace a product?

Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery.
Please note: Personalized products cannot be returned or replaced for design, photo, or preference issues once approved.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an opening video, and we will assist you with a replacement.

Yes. An opening video is mandatory for any damage or replacement request. This helps us verify the issue quickly and fairly.

How long does it take to process personalized orders?

Once we receive your photos on WhatsApp, orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, followed by shipping.

Will I get a preview before printing?

For selected products, we may share a preview. However, to ensure fast delivery, not all products include a preview, so please send clear and correct photos.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, as each product is custom-made.
