Return Policy
Since our products are handmade and custom-made, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You received a wrong item or incomplete order.
If your order qualifies for a return:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 9wickofficial@zohomail.in or WhatsApp us.
- Share your order number, product photo, and issue details.
- Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
Returns will not be accepted for used products, minor variations, or custom-made items (like personalized T-shirts or resin art).
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
In case of replacement, we’ll ship your new item immediately after the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, these products are non-returnable:
- Custom-printed T-shirts or gifts
- Used candles or melted products
- Personalized resin artworks
